Know who you are booking with
Ask for the legal name of your booking provider, contact details and the role of each company involved. Confirm who receives your payment and who is responsible for the arrangements.
Check your written quotation
Make sure it shows dates, travellers, flights, baggage, hotels, room occupancy, meals, transfers, total price and exclusions. Clarify requested extras and any services that are only provisional.
Booking protection
No ATOL or other accreditation is claimed in this preview. The applicable protection must be identified for the specific booking and independently checked before payment. Do not assume that all travel arrangements have the same protection.
